Who leeds the course:
The course is led by experienced practitioners of the Triratna Buddhist Movement:
Parina entered the Buddhist Centre 25 years ago and found what she was looking for: a way of living a life that has meaning, joy and makes the world a better place. She has been practising for 25 years. As chair of the Buddhist Centre, lots of her practice is working with all the lovely people who volunteer, teaching and leading meditation sessions.
Max is a seasoned meditator with nearly eight years of practice. He shares his passion for meditation and Buddhism by leading regular sessions at the centre and enjoys exploring the Dharma with others. Max actively applies Buddhist teachings of compassion and interconnectedness to his professional life as a diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner.
