How is it, to be alive? What we call ‘I’ or call ‘you’ are always arising together. In movement and meditation we will play and discover how we are in this world with others.
Over het programma
We will explore the theme in different ways. Jayachitta will invite us to use our body experience and our imagination in a playful way to get a sense of the “I” and “you” in the world. There will be interaction, reflection. meditation and movement, encouraging you to be curious about the way the mind creates the world. We will have lunch together and a small ritual at the end of the day.

Who leads this activity?
Jayachitta has practiced Buddhism since 1981 and was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 1990. She uses physical theatre, play and improvisation as additional approaches to the spiritual life. She lives in Berlin and this is her website: www.playofnow.com

Food and drinks:
We will serve soup and bread. We will ask you to bring something to share (like fruit, chocolate, salad, spread…)
Costs:
Jayachitta has no other income other than what is given to her freely on a dana basis when people attent her events and retreats. Dana (generosity) is an essential Buddhist virtue and principle meaning: ‘give what you can and tell us what you need’. The rate for The Play of Now 15 euro covers our costs for the day.
We would really welcome any extra financial gift to support Jayachitta in this way of living.You can give cash during the event or transfer extra money before or after the day.
