Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation
26 september @ 10:00 – 16:00

About the activity
What can Buddhism teach us about living with greater awareness, kindness, and purpose?
Buddhism invites us to understand our minds more deeply and to explore how we can respond to life with greater clarity and compassion. It suggests that meaningful change begins with how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
Through meditation, the story of the Buddha’s life, and teachings on karma, suffering, and freedom, we’ll explore how Buddhist wisdom can help us understand ourselves and navigate the complexities of everyday life.
About the program
The day will include guided meditation, short talks, personal reflection, group discussion, and opportunities to ask questions.
No prior experience needed — just curiosity and an openness to explore. It’s suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have been coming regularly to our centre.
