‘Introduction to Buddhism and Meditation’

What is meditation, and how do you do it?  What does Buddhism mean?  Are these something for me?  Come along on Wednesday evenings and see for yourself.  During this one hour session we will start with a brief talk about Buddhism and meditation, undertake a short (20 minute) guided meditation exercise, and then open the discussion for general questions.  The session is a chance to experience a taste of meditation and learn a little about Buddhist theory and practice in an informal and welcoming atmosphere.  There is no need to register – just come by the BCA at 19.00.
