DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the activity\n\n\n\nEvery moment is fresh\, new and unrepeatable. \n\n\n\nEvery moment we ourselves are fresh new and unrepeatable – how amazing! \n\n\n\nMaybe we don’t notice that all the time – but is it possible to live from that – become new every moment – not from our own efforts but from connecting deeply with the world around us: nature\, other people\, cars\, houses\, birds and traffic jams…. \n\n\n\nCan we live more as a continuous dance with all of that? \n\n\n\nAbout the program\n\n\n\nThis day workshop will invite us to try this out! We will explore with exercises of body and mind\, on our own and interacticely\, which will lead on to meditation. We will work inside as well as out in the world – park or streets\, sunshine or rain. Let’s be real with our practice! She uses physical theatre\, play and improvisation as additional approaches to the spiritual life.
