In het najaar wordt deze opnieuw ingepland. \n\n\n\nOver de activiteit\n\n\n\nSinds het begin van de mensheid worden er verhalen verteld. Verhalen bezitten de kracht om een wereld die constant in verandering is beter te begrijpen. Ze kunnen onze verbeeldingskracht aanwakkeren\, wat ons helpt ons beter te verplaatsen in anderen.  Verhalen hebben ook de kracht om contact te maken met onze onbewuste\, diepere emotionele lagen. Lagen waarvan we het bestaan niet kenden totdat we plotseling worden geraakt in ons hart en voelen dat het verhaal waarheid bevat. Zelfs als een verhaal een mythe is en niet historisch correct. \n\n\n\nOnder begeleiding van Silavadin (voormalig dramadocent) en Boris (animatiefilmmaker) gaan we aan de hand van een aantal bestaande boeddhistische verhalen oefenen hoe we een verhaal op een levendige manier kunnen overbrengen aan een publiek. Belangrijk daarbij is dat je het verhaal eigen maakt. Pas als je een verhaal echt doorleeft en er persoonlijke details aan toevoegt\, gaat het verhaal voor jou als verteller en voor je publiek echt leven. Op deze manier kun je zelfs ervaren dat het verhaal een Dharmische werking op je geest heeft. \n\n\n\nAansluitend op de Verhalen Vertel Cursus volgt het Verhalenfestival: een feestelijke avond met muzikale begeleiding in het BCA\, waarin we aan iedereen die wil luisteren ons verhaal vertellen. \n\n\n\nOver het programma\n\n\n\nTijdens de eerste twee online zoom meetings krijg je tips aangereikt om thuis te oefenen. Daarna volgt er een dag waarop we met elkaar live in het BCA gaan oefenen. Neem zelf iets aanvullend mee om te delen. Bijvoorbeeld smeersels\, fruit of rauwkost. \n\n\n\nKosten:\n\n\n\n70 euro voor de cursus. Dit is inclusief koffie\, thee en lunch op de oefendag. \n\n\n\nHet verhalen festival is op basis van Dana. Dat betekent vrijgevigheid: geven\, niet voor wat je hebt gekregen maar\,  zodat we door kunnen gaan met onze activiteiten op deze basis aan te bieden. Onze suggestie is 15-20 euro. \n\n\n\nLees hier over hoe je kunt doneren.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStorytelling Course\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the activity\n\n\n\nStories have been told since the beginning of mankind. They have the power to better understand a world that is constantly changing\, and can stimulate our imagination\, which helps us to better empathize with others. Stories also have the power to connect with our deeper emotional layers. Layers that we did not know existed until we are suddenly touched in our hearts and feel that the story contains truth. Even\, or especially\, if it is a myth and not historically correct. \n\n\n\nUnder the guidance of Silavadin (former drama teacher) and Boris (animation filmmaker)\, we will practice how to communicate a story to an audience in a lively way\, using existing Buddhist stories. It is important to make the story your own\, only when you really experience a story and add personal details to it\, will the story really come to life to you as a storyteller and to your audience. In this way\, you can experience that the story has a Dharmic effect on your mind. \n\n\n\nFollowing the Storytelling Course\, the Storytelling Festival follows: a festive evening with musical accompaniment in the BCA\, in which we tell our story to everyone who wants to listen. \n\n\n\nAbout the programme\n\n\n\nDuring the first two online meetings\, you will receive tips for practicing at home.
